A-Tech Home Inspection Services is a full service inspection company. We are NY State licensed inspectors, as well as Certified for radon, mold, wood destroying insects, and water testing. Our reports are thorough, easy to understand, and include photos for quick reference. Our number one priority is customer satisfaction. After all our best advertisement is a satisfied client! Our goal is to give our clients more than they pay for. The InterNachi and ASHI Standards of Practice are essentially a list of "Do's and Don'ts" for the protection of the property, the inspector, and the client. Some home inspectors will hide behind these standards in an effort to do less work and less of an inspection. That may work well for getting the deal to close, but that's not in the best interest of our client, and we work for you, and only you. We will inspect your new home as though we were going to live in it, and we will be honest and forthcoming with all of our observations. To avoid a conflict of interest, we will never offer, or accept an offer, to do any repairs or service where we would profit from remediation of any items reported at the time of your inspection. The Standards of Practice do not require inspectors to walk on roofs, enter crawl spaces, or enter attic areas. While the safety of our clients, the property, and ourselves is of the utmost importance, we do not hide behind these "Don'ts".
